The event was planned for last October and also January but the pandemic delayed the event. Finally happened on March 12 , 2022 at the Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Crabtree Valley. National Thanksgiving Turkey Presentation
This year's National Thanksgiving Turkey Presentation was held in Clinton , NC . As you know, every each year at Thanksgiving 2 lucky turkeys getting presidential pardon from getting on the dinner table. This year Bread & Butter was the two lucky bird. The selection of the turkeys has been made this year from a local North Carolina Farm , Illusion Farms in Clinton. We been hired to cover the event. On November 22nd in the morning, members of Butterball and the National Turkey Federation and American Humane met on Illusion Farms. The ceremony was all about to send off the turkeys and credit all of the hard work of the owner Wellie Jackson. All the turkeys were transported latter on the afternoon to Washington DC .
